PMI Model No.PEC-9R510R7-100W-SFF-SPDT is a high power, single pole, double throw switch capable of handling 120 watts CW. This solid-state switch operates in the frequency range of 9.5 to 10.7 GHz and has a typical insertion loss of 1.5 dB and port to port isolation of over 40 dB. The switch is TTL controlled and offers switching speeds under 400 ns. This model only consumes 160 mA at +5 VDC and 15mA at -28 VDC. The switch measures 2.12" x 1.18" x 0.51".
