Quantic PMI Model PMSN-2DR-05-STD-OPT28-XB59D is a reflective, single pole, two throw, pin diode switch that operates over the 2.0 to 8.0 GHz frequency range and has an insertion loss of 1.4 dB, an isolation of 60 dB typical, an on/off speed of 20 ns, a rise/fall time of 15 ns, and an operational input power of +20 dBm. Connectors are SMA female, and the size is 1.40" x 0.88" x 0.78".  This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration.
