Pin Diode Transfer Switch
Quantic PMI Model PXS-2G18G-60-SFF is a pin diode transfer switch that operates over the 2 to 18 GHz frequency range that has 60 dB minimum of isolation, maximum insertion loss of 3 dB and a switching speed of 100 ns maximum. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration. Housing size is 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5" with SMA female connectors. Hermetically sealed units are available as an option.
