Quantic PMI Model PSX-400M10G-60-SFF is a pin diode transfer switch that operates over the 0.4 to 10 GHz frequency range that has 55 dB minimum of isolation, maximum insertion loss of 3.25 dB and a switching speed of 30 ns maximum. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration. Housing size is 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5" with SMA female connectors. Hermetically sealed units are available as an option.
