Quantic PMI Model SWN-1140-5DT-STD-OPT100M1G-80ISO-TB515 is an absorptive, single pole, five throw, pin diode switch that operates over the 0.1 to 1 GHz frequency range that has an insertion loss of 1.4 dB with an isolation of 80 dB minimum and a switching speed of 15 ns. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration. Housing measures 2.11" Ø x 0.75" with SMA female connectors.
