Pin Diode Transfer Switch

Quantic PMI Model SWN-2181-TRA-OPT0723 is a pin diode transfer switch that operates over the 0.7 to 2.3 GHz frequency range that has 80 dB minimum of isolation, maximum insertion loss of 1.65 dB and a switching speed of 50 ns maximum. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration. Housing size is 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5" with removable SMA female connectors.
